Our products are powder-coated with corrosion class C3. It is also possible to apply coatings with higher corrosion resistance levels (C4 or above). The corrosion class indicates the level of protection of metal surfaces against corrosion caused by impurities. Atmospheric corrosion is classified into corrosion categories from C1 to CX according to ISO 9223. For each class, minimum and maximum corrosion rates have been defined. The corrosion class applies to both indoor and outdoor use of metal products.

No, Euro-Fer does not perform on-site technical measurements. All quotations and manufacturing are based entirely on customer-provided inputs. Upon placing an order for custom projects, Euro-Fer will supply detailed drawings of the ordered product so that all relevant measurements can be thoroughly reviewed and verified.

No, Euro-Fer does not have assembly teams and does NOT handle installation. It is up to the customer to rely on a qualified professional.

Yes, all our gates (both swing and sliding) can be automated using either underground motors or external arms. The automation system is NOT supplied by Euro-Fer and must be installed by a qualified technician.

With rivet insertion: A hole is drilled into the sheet metal, and a mechanical rivet is inserted and secured by pressure or hammering.

Flow drilling (friction drilling): an advanced "chipless" drilling technology that creates reinforced holes in thin sheet metal and metal tubes. A carbide tool rotates at high speed and presses against the material, generating frictional heat that makes it plastic. This creates an integrated internal bushing (triple the original thickness) without removing any material.

AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel require periodic maintenance to preserve their appearance and properties over time. Although they are known for their resistance to corrosion and rust, they can still be affected by certain environmental factors such as humidity, chlorine, dust, smog, and other substances that may damage the surface or alter the appearance.

Regular Cleaning Frequency: Cleaning must be carried out regularly based on exposure to dirt, dust, or aggressive agents. More frequent cleaning is recommended in environments with harsher conditions (e.g., outdoors or in the presence of high chlorine concentrations).
Products: Use specific, non-abrasive detergents designed for stainless steel. Avoid products containing chlorine or strong acids, as they could compromise the material's corrosion resistance.
Method: The use of soft cloths or non-abrasive sponges is recommended to prevent scratches. Always clean following the direction of the satin grain (if present) to avoid visible marks.
Removal of Oxidation: AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel can develop oxidation, especially in environments with salt water or chemical agents. To remove stains or rust, it is advisable to use specific deoxidizers, avoiding abrasives that could damage the surface finish.
Protection and Maintenance: After cleaning, it is useful to apply a protective product that creates a barrier against aggressive agents and preserves the shine. This will also help facilitate future cleaning, reducing dirt buildup and preventing stubborn stains.
Avoid Harmful Agents: It is crucial to avoid contact with substances that can corrode or damage the surface, such as chlorine, sea salt, and harsh detergents. Furthermore, exposure to ferrous metals (such as iron) can cause rust spots on the stainless steel surface.
Periodic Inspection: Carry out periodic inspections to identify any signs of corrosion or surface damage, such as stains or dull areas that may require immediate cleaning or specific treatment.

We have no particular limitations regarding the type of material used. For laser cutting, we can process formats up to 3000 × 1500 mm with a maximum thickness of 20 mm.
