Wrought iron and
stainless steel processing

Where metal takes shape: industrial technology and craftsmanship

Euro-Fer production is not an automated assembly line churning out mass-produced parts. It is a structured system where industrial machinery and manual workstations work together.

Iron is cut, bent and shaped. It is then forged, finished and inspected. At certain stages, it is still the human touch that makes the difference.

Discover EURO-FER

A structured and controlled in-house
production process

Euro-Fer production is born from the combination of artisanal experience and industrial organisation. In our facility in Castelgomberto, every stage of wrought iron and stainless steel processing is managed in-house, with direct control over quality, timing and production continuity.

The art
of wrought iron

Processing wrought iron requires heat, pressure and expertise. In our facility, certain processes take place at dedicated workstations, where manual precision and visual inspection ensure aesthetic consistency and structural quality.

The difference is not only in the processing.
It is in the structure.

Stainless steel precision, cleanliness, durability

Scopri di piùicona freccia

Stainless steel production requires a different technical approach compared to wrought iron, both due to the material’s characteristics and the aesthetic and functional expectations associated with it. Stainless steel is chosen when corrosion resistance, long-term stability and a flawless visual finish are essential. Within the production process, cutting, bending and welding are carried out with particular attention to surface quality and the dimensional consistency of components. Each stage is designed to preserve the material’s mechanical properties and ensure uniformity across different production batches. The result is stainless steel components suitable for residential and commercial settings where durability, reliability and aesthetic performance must coexist without compromise.

From processing to the
final product configuration

Euro-Fer production goes beyond the transformation of raw materials.

The goal is to provide components ready to be integrated into gates, fencing, staircases and metal structures, reducing workshop processing time for blacksmiths and professionals. Each element is manufactured according to criteria of repeatability and compatibility, allowing consistent assemblies even over time. This is a key factor for those who need to complete or expand an existing project and require items identical in shape, size and finish.
